Reminder: Roll window down only as much to allow you to slip license through, then roll it up. If asked to step out, lock the door behind you and shut it. Plain view does not require consent, entering and touching does. This is still America, people still have rights. Doing these two things will attempt to prevent a nosey cop from saying he smells something when you know for damn sure he is making it up, and it will help prevent an unlawful search. In the end though, the cop will make shit up regardless, so keep the cell phone cam rolling.
